Set up your own boxing corner at home with this hanging punching bag. It is delivered unfilled, so it’s light to ship, and you fill it yourself to the weight you want.

Fill the bag through the zip opening with old clothes, fabric scraps, sawdust or other soft filling, so you can choose how firm and heavy it feels. The Oxford fabric outer has double-stitched seams. The included chain, carabiner and hook let you hang the bag from a beam, ceiling mount or bag stand. Choose from three heights: 80 cm, 100 cm or 120 cm. Great for boxing, kickboxing, MMA and fitness training at home or in the garage.
